Is your ceramic coating scratch-resistant?
Yes, our ceramic coatings are reinforced for durability. However, to extend the life of your cookware, we recommend using silicone, wood, or nylon utensils instead of metal.
How should I clean and maintain my non-toxic pans?
Most of our items are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and a soft sponge to preserve the natural non-stick properties and finish over time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your cooking experience, you can return your items for a full refund, no questions asked.
